Once you've set up your account by following the steps outlined on the Set Up Your Account page, you may now select how you will receive your monthly statements by mail, electronically, or both. By default, you will receive your monthly statements by mail only unless this change is made manually.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Choose My Profile > Preferences
3. Under PREFERENCES you will have two questions (see red boxes below). Choose No, Electronic Only or Yes, both paper and electronic. Click UPDATE.
